that is a pretty pathetic response from some of you.
There's nothing wrong with admitting that the postponement of this game is potentially very favorable for us.

Yea, LSU wants to play the #1 team in the country with only one QB, no TE's, no long snappers; said QB having one game under his belt with a WR with no game experience backing him up. Get real. This is no reflection on the fans, it's common sense under any circumstances. Good Lord.

Not sure what your saying I was wrong about, like I said I'm want to game to be played just not with our 3rd string backups and walk ons.
We may be delaying an arse whooping but we ain't scared or running.

it’s pathetic. I never thought i’d see our fans celebrate a cancellation because we’re scared of getting beat.

Really, really pathetic.

Have you thought about how horrible it would be for recruiting for our biggest rival to come to our place and smack us? That’s the reason I’m relieved this game may not be played.

I think the state of the program is fine.

We lost a ton of last year's team. New defensive coordinator. New "offensive coordinator". New quarterback and now a true freshman starting.

I think we all just new this year was going to be a tough year.

Once again, how are the fans at fault in any way? Did the fans make the call to postpone the game? Did the fans come up with the overly ridiculous Covid 19 rules?

So why in the hell are we being blamed? I think a lot of you are doing that same thing that LSU fans do and you take all this anger and aggression from the whole situation and need to find somebody to blame since you have no control over what's happening right now. So you turn on your own kind and make us the boogeyman.

I think everyone needs to chill and stop treating this as if it is a normal year. I am sorry, this is anything but normal and expecting normal results is unreasonable.

Pretty sure people want to see it played, but not if we don’t have enough starters ready.

Hopefully they make the game up and LSU competes, if not wins.

That’s how I feel. I definitely want to play, but not if we’re having to run walk-ons out there or have receivers playing QB. I’m for a postponing and rescheduling, not a cancellation. As should all LSU fans.

I don’t know if you’re kidding, but I’ve seen this posted as some sort of criticism of Orgeron, and it’s a bullshite and intellectually dishonest take. You know what he meant. Besides, I don’t think he had any control over this postponement. We didn’t have enough scholarship players to play per SEC protocol.

I don’t understand how so many “fans” seem to not realize that the postponement of the game is *not* a good thing. This is a young team that needs the reps against quality competition. It’s the only way to get better. Your muscle, your muscle memory, your mental capacity and wisdom...they all only get better when pushed beyond what you thought were the limits.

These boys needed this game. Opportunities lost.
