We have your playbook

None of this addresses having Will Wade on a federal wiretap admitting to make deals for players. We can bring up reasonable doubt all day and I agree with that. But, the NCAA is inconsistent and unpredictable. There's no telling what they're doing now and what they may do in the future. Until we hear that the investigation is completed, I'm gonna be nervous as hell as to what may happen. No one knows for certain what's gonna come out of this thing.

I just listened & he doesn’t say anything about LSU

I know he at least said something like “this isn’t the end of Sean Miller, and it isn’t the end at LSU either”

He didn’t even fully say the “U” in LSU. That’s how fast he skipped over it to his next point. None of this was about LSU

I'm really surprised at the amount of run that documentary actually got. I figured there would more people on TV and/or radio that would make a big deal about hearing the tape. Can't believe that no one seems to care at all. Obviously it remains to be seen how much the NCAA cares.

The backlash was very regionalized (SEC) outside of a few national guys.

If there was basketball going on it would have hit harder

He said "I've made deals in the past that were much simpler than this."

It could and that's where bringing up reasonable doubt comes in. But, that doesn't mean the NCAA will see it that way.

And what is hilarious didn’t that guy get just 6 months in a shite collar prison?

Here is another thing. The show was based on copies of tapes. Not the real tapes and even in the copies of the Wade never mentioned anything about offering anybody a specific amount of money and if they accepted the money. No money was found by the NCAA in investigating Smart or anybody else. In other words there is not any corroborating evidence.

If there was Smart would have been permanently suspended, Wade would have been fired, and the NCAA would have notified LSU of a major infraction. There is no proof there is any wrong doing. Wade has also met w/ the NCAA.

In an interview one reporter ask Dawkins why there is no mentions of money amounts being offered and accepted and no money was found how do they know there was money involved. Dawkins was visibly surprised and thought about it and said he had to be talking about money.

Well folks, there is your evidence.

Something still could happen bad but until someone finds some money it is unlikely.

The NCAA did not notify USC despite all the smoke and fire until the lawsuit people had with Bush over his broken agreement anoint agency. Then they found out Bush’s family lived free in a house for seveveral years. You need a money trail.

You can’t say someone is wrong without actually saying what they were wrong about. Which of course, you haven’t been able to do

Yeah I love Russillo and I listen to his podcast religiously, but his rant on today’s pod had nothing to do with “having LSU’s back”.

This entire investigation was absurd. Now I want to know why the FBI decided to target Pitino. Something about this entire sting really stinks.

Also, NC State decided today to move their case to an independent committee.
