It isnt close offensively but the entire discussion is about defense and what would happen in an emergency if Bregman was hurt. Just pointing out that's why Yocom will be on the roster.

If Yocom>Moore wasn't the case, why didn't they move Moore to 3rd in the 9th against Alabama?

Had they wanted Moore at third it was simple:
Yocom to 2nd, Katz to 1st, Moore to 3rd.

You're reaching. Katz played first two days later, according to you Moore has been the backup at 3rd all year, and since Yocom primarily plays SS or 2nd when he's in the game I highly doubt he had much practice time at 3rd.

In this case he is. He brings nothing that we couldn't get by shifting someone around, and putting Moore on either 1st or 3rd. Ellicks could stay home since he's mostly an outfielder and we seem to have plenty of those guys.
