Rosier is an excellent runner. Think Jalen Hurts, but better passer.

I have watched a shite load of film on Miami.
This kid can break containment and easily pick-up 10-15 yards.
He has a quick release. He’s not afraid to throw into traffic. (Gets him in trouble)
His back shoulder passes are sick.
His main receiver last year was Berrios. Kid was a straight baller. Expect Thomas to try to pick up that role.
As we all know Richt’s screen game is always good and it continues to be good at Miami with Rosier.
Here are his drawbacks:
- Throws into traffic too much. Hence lots of ints.
- his completion pct plummets when teams play press coverage or stop their running game. Pittsburgh completely shutdown Miami’s running game and forced Rosier to beat them. He couldn’t and was god-awful in the game the led to his benching.
- He has accuracy issues especially on deep passes.
On a side note Thomas has a wicked double move, so our dubs must remain disciplined and not let him get behind them, otherwise strike up the band.
- Aggressive defenses game Miami fits, hence their losses.
- They are good on defense, but undisciplined. They are always looking for the turnover, which leads to big plays.
- Their run defense is very good. As good as any SEC team.

Their best reciever is Ahmon Richards.

Do you mean you just watched the game broadcasts?

All of their games. We'll have our hands full. Can let's Rosier get comfortable back there.

He looked pretty average a lot of the time

Their run defense will be totally different as well. Lost 2 DEs and both starting DTs.
Their secondary is quite legit though and their going to full court press on the pass rush. Hope slinger puts some screens and quick passes in the game plan to exploit that aggressiveness.

I have watched Rosier and Miami and he is no where near the running threat Hurts is.
Hes best when hes throwing fade routes or deep throws outside the hashes. He has poor anticipation and zip on the ball that is needed for throwing over the middle.

Put pressure on him and he will fold.

Richards is the best WR, but was hurt all of last year. RB and WR are the strength of the offense. OL is the ? Rosier was streaky last year. If he can get a better completion %, with the WRs and RBs Miami has, and the defense, Miami can have a better year than last year. From all of the reports coming out (which you take with a grain of salt), he's taking the next step. He's reading defenses better, he's being more assertive in the huddle, etc.

Hurt doesn't throw nearly as much as Rosier. Alabama is not stupid enough to allow Hurts to thru as much Rosier.
I also said Rosier is a good running, I never he was Jalen Hurt running the ball.
Lastly, Miami, OL is not as good as Bama's. Makes a difference.

You watched film, or compiled a list of pros cons on him and combined them into your own thought?
If you really watched film on miami, that’s kind of sad, you need a life

No one here is underestimating Rosier's talents. He threw for over 3K yards and 35 tds last year. The thing is you guys make him seem like the second coming of Drew Brees and have totally disregarded LSU as a team.
We have seen LSU's defense shutdown qbs like Rosier. As you know by now, we are not worried about the defense. The offense is a question mark to us and I'm to Richt and Diaz.
Its going to be a good game. I think we will stop Rosier and your running game. Our defense is a little better than Pitts. I say LSU 21-13

Sounds like another shitty mobile passer that panics under pressure and cant make the throws so he relies on dink and dunk high percentage passes and the running game to bail him out thus leading to games where they are unstoppable and games where they cant move the ball an inch
aka, he isnt that good but his team is pretty good
