Rosier is not some dynamic runner but he’s pretty athletic and has some speed for a qb(former baseball player). He’s not on hurts level running the ball. He’s a streaky player and when he’s on he’s on period. When he’s off, well you seen what happened in the pitt game.... Another thing that is being discounted his shoulder injury he had in the North Carolina game. He wasn’t the same after he went down with that I would Think that would affect his play overall
