I find it hard to believe that this is just coming to light when the NCAA just completed an investigation of violations relating to 2009 recruiting - the same year Shepard signed. They lauded how thorough LSU was in complying with the investigation and now 3 days later are looking into a second issue with the same class - and related to housing again which was an issue with Hicks?
That seems weird to me.

You're not the brightest one I see. Summer is considered a semester so he would get a stipend for that too. So yes there IS in fact cost savings.

I believe the stipend can pay towards any housing. Dwayne Jarretts deal was that he wasnt using it for housing at all. Is this true? if so then yes there IS savings. So it would appear YOU arent the brightest one
