State is going to be fired up for this game. Their home opener, and they are going to want to show the world they are better than what they were against Auburn. Not to mention how due they are to beat us. I hope we win, if we blow them out I will be sold we are for real.

famous last words. no such thing as "due" unless you're talking about a coin flip and that's iffy as hell. we're gonna beat state by more than 20.

If nobody was betting on State, the line would be staying the same or favoring LSU (if people were betting on LSU). Vegas doesn't try to predict football games; they try to get an equal amount of people betting on each side.

LSU is coming off a game vs Northwestern Stae while Moo State is coming off a game vs Auburn which went down to the final seconds and they might be missing 2 offensive lineman due to leg injuries. they will be gasses by halftime i dont see how we lose this one.

Just here to say that a loss isn't impossible. They are a good team and Relf is the real deal.

Go find any place/website that shows public bets that isn't heavily favoring LSU, and the line is down to 3 now

I would love to agree with you here, but like so many times before, if we blow MSU out, I guarantee many here and on the SEC rant and the media will just say that the Dawgs were overrated. I dont care who it is and even heard it last year when we beat Florida and Bama. "Aw man those teams were just overrated." Never fails and I guarantee that is what we will hear if we take care of business against the Dawgs.

I am impressed with how crisp this LSU team is playing thus far, especially on offense. Plays are getting to the field quickly and Lee is gettting everyone set with very few problems. I haven't seen that in years.

It will be a hostile in StarkVegas early, but we will pull away when they get behind and press the pass which they aren't equipped to do well.

Who is State's backup QB, again? I don't know either- but we will find out. Relf won't last the entire game- not against this defense.

The backup is Tyler Russell. A slow, flat-footed drop back QB that will get killed when Chavis gets him in the crosshairs.

it could happen. state is due

This.

Anything is possible in college football. Im afraid State will be out for redemption from their game yesterday. I hope our boys come ready to play.
Anyone that bets will tell you never to bet on a team that's "due"

If I was a betting man, I'd take the -3.5 and LSU in a heartbeat.

LSU gonna put it on them by at least a couple of touchdowns.
