Are you saying that there are inconsistencies with the police accounts of what happened? I am shocked. No way those fine upstanding citizens would ever misrepresent what occurred to keep themselves out of trouble.

this sounds like something CptBengal would NORMALLY say. for some reason he changes his tune when it comes to football players.
i guess teenage football players should be held to a higher regard than police officers.

I wish the admins would just whack these threads and post a locked stickied thread with just the publicly-reported facts. I don't think we as a collective fanbase (or any passionate college fanbase) have the maturity, restraint, knowledge, empathy or even the vocabulary to discuss this issue in a safe manner that won't reflect negatively upon us publicly.
