They’re a virus. Not smart enough to understand the scope and nuance of the topics but travel and attack in numbers like Twitter bots.

Ah. Ok.

I am a very big LSU fan. Have been all my life even though my father played football for Alabama. I certainly don’t pull for any LSU team to lose. Ever.

I do believe Wade is a good coach, just not the great coach some portrayed him to be. I have no huge opinion one way or the other about McMahon. One year at LSU in the SEC is not a huge sample size. However, if next year mirrors this season, that’s a different story and something needs to be done.

I will chime in and talk shite when some post the same thing over and over and over. It gets to be ridiculous after a while.

Well if you mean that some people think Wade was coach K of course I agree. I’d throw in that you have to consider the sustained success, his age and the conditions he worked under at LSU. With McMahon, I thought it was a bad hire, his style and his resume didn’t indicate the ability to jump into the SEC and win. I think the contract is ridiculous and I think the salary indicated we weren’t trying to maintain the status we had climbed to from previous regimes to the last one. My issue is the program overall and the lack of investment relative to other programs at our level and I think if we’re going to stay cheap you have to make either an innovative hire or proven hire. We did neither.

Wade had the most consistently winning program at lsu since the Brown heydays 30 years ago. We now have McMoribund who will likely be out of here in 3 or 4 poor to mediocre years. The long term contract and big buyout are the major failures of the hire. McMoribund looked okay on paper. It's always a low probability of a mid major star becoming a power 5 standout. That is why you do not offer them the deal he got.

You say all that and it’s fine. But mostly your thought that I’ve read is you don’t care.

I think you can’t wait until end of year 2.
Another terrible year, which is probably going to happen, you gotta cut bait and fire his arse.

Besides the grammar, I see your posts. You see my posts.

2-14 SEC with little hope. I'll stand on that ground.

Yea, it’s exactly like that only completely different.

Btw Houston is what LSU could and should be. Walker is only their 2nd 5* recruit under Sampson and they barely get an top 100 kids yet they’re consistently one of the best teams in the country.

You’re right. One guy took a team with zero basketball history to the championship game in year 3. The other looked hopelessly overwhelmed leading his team to a record tying worst conference record in school history.

But hey, maybe next season he’s going shock the SEC
