sounds like the DA did issue a search warrant, and it makes ZERO sense as to what grounds it was granted. this should have ended already, so i don't buy them trying to get it over with faster.

I am going to say I think it was an lsu player next time I have something stolen. It will be solved unlike last time.
I have flipped on this subject a 100 times.
I don't really know who is at fault, I think it was probably both at fault. I have never seen a bar or parkinglot fight where one person was just walking by and the other guy just randomly hit him, it has always been two people arguing, and progressing from there.
I think BRPD is allocating way to many resources to a bar fight.
My views are slanted against BRPD because of a recent theft, and when the item was found they wouldn't even go with me to pick it up. No fingerprints, no anything. But they spend 1000 man hours on a bar fight. If no one is charged they now look like idiots. Someone has to be arrested.

DA's don't issue warrants. Judges do.
