I think the coaching & player attrition after 2019 would be a lot for any coach, but I specifically think it is not something Orgeron was equipped to handle.
Too many moving pieces. His lack of specialty on either side the ball became exposed. He needed some stability with his assistant coaching hires, and he got just the opposite. Both totally bombed. Has not recovered yet, and may not.
