What makes them superior? You saying so? What makes Kelly better? Him losing a game he was supposed to win? Solid evidence brother.

Jesus you’re dumb.

Because some of us follow LSU. If I need to break down position by position for you, you’re dumber than advertised.

He actually has more wins than any other active coach …

without looking, Patterson probably does too, if you play shite teams/rent-a-wins, you're going to rack up numbers, how does nc rings compare, Saban/Kelly?

Only at LSU would the winningest active HC not be good enough. Only at LSU would said coach not be given the benefit of the doubt for more than one game after being handed a steaming pile of shite by his moron predecessor.

Assume I'm dumber than advertised. LSU classes have ranked 10-15 spots higher than FSU for years. So FSU is logically the more talented roster?

and a shiny pot of gold from our moron AD, up front, no compensation linked to performance, it's Kelly's retirement plan, worked to perfection

Game one with no game prior to this one.
O-Line was a disappointment, but we will see improvement this week.

I would hope so as we're playing a pure creampuff, but I worry about the rest of the year

His teams played easy schedules most years. I have never been high on Kelly.

Notre Dame's average strength of schedule under Kelly was 23.

2017: No. 3 — 97-63 (.647)

Notre Dame Final Record: 10-3 (No. 11)

Vs. Final Ranked Teams: 4-3

For the first time since 2002, Notre Dame recorded four victories against teams that placed in the final Top 25: No. 12 USC (49-14), No. 15 Michigan State (38-18), No. 18 LSU (21-17) in the Citrus Bowl, and No. 23 North Carolina State (35-14).

The losses were to No. 2 Georgia (20-19), No. 13 Miami (41-8) and No. 20 Stanford (38-20).

2012: No. 4 — 89-56 (.630)

Notre Dame Final Record: 12-1 (No. 4)

Vs. Final Ranked Teams: 3-1

En route to the 12-0 regular season, the Irish vanquished No. 7 Stanford (20-13 in overtime), No. 15 Oklahoma (30-13) and No. 24 Michigan (13-6).

The defeat came against No. 1 Alabama in the BCS Championship (42-14).

You can’t judge the season by the first game. Remember LSU at UT with Joe Burrow? It was the first game, so I”m willing to give him a chance.

pretty sure it's evident to all that this was the ultimate idiot savant/perfect storm for that moran to stumble into, can't prove to me that he had anything with that year's success

Do you think established coaches leave their jobs for a lesser contract?

And hiring a non established coach is a crapshoot at best, more fail than succeed.

You do realize he's also the losingest coach in ND history as well? He coached there for a long time . . . and in an era where they play more games per season. He's ND's version of Charles McClendon, which is not bad, but not exactly spectacular either.
