Remember when Brian Kelly was mediocre at Notre Dame for a decade?

We all laughed at him. We were fricking shocked in 2014 when he managed to beat us. It was commonly known that Brian Kelly coached average teams to mediocre regular season wins then get trounced in the big games.
Then he came to LSU and many people were convinced he was coaching Jesus. I'm glad this mass delusion is finally wearing off.

No I don’t remember that at all, I remember them being in the playoffs and beating our arse twice.

His teams played easy schedules most years. I have never been high on Kelly.
But judging Kelly based off one game with this roster is dumb.

LSU has outrecruited FSU for a decade by a large margin. Our athletes are superior, our coach is worse.

He beat us twice, don’t know if I would call either a arse beating if we are being factual.
Music city we had a dc that was working for another team, should have never been allowed to coach that game and we lost by 1 score

We should have won the game. I’m not disputing that. But let’s not act like the classes we have had are all here. We barely had enough players to play a game last year.

Eh, time will tell on him. So far, not looking good for him. Might not make it past year 3 if he can't get this cleaned up fast. Gets a pass this year but if it's the same next year seat gets warm. Year 3 he's done.
This is not NCAA where rebuilds take 3-4 years to do. You can reasonably rebuild a roster every year now with the transfer portal. Should see results next year. Gets a pass this year because he didn't really have time to rebuild the roster despite getting many transfers. Last night looked like almost every transfer was a whiff except Converse and Mingo.
Most important thing right now for LSU is to maintain their recruiting classes and hit the transfer portal with the ELITE talent at the top at the end of this season. Should be an easy sell you can start immediately at LSU if you come here.

He will get 5 years at least thanks to Scott not being able to negotiate his way out of a wet paper bag on getting rid of O or getting Kelly in.

You are one stupid fan. Stop melting and accept that we’re going to have growing pains. Last night was rough, but we’re not as superior at positions as you think. Kelly is a better coach than you’re trying to convince people he is not.

At least he is one of us though.
I think we mostly over looked his issues saying it’s just Aggy but he isn’t the best AD in America that was some crazy hype.
