I don’t think so. But I think a single ticket holder lawsuit could cause them an outsized problem.

I’m sorry, but are you suggesting collusion between the SEC and Bama was the lead news story on every sports home page yesterday? I don’t think so.

No. #FreeDevinWhite and the banner stunt were.

It is trending for many reasons. SEC bias is just one of them.

Except Herbstreit and Tebow passionately going against the company line and the whole cbs college crew, yeah, definitely isn't a story outside off Baton Rouge

I get where you're going, but there's no relationship to emails etc with this story. the nation views it as a very bad call...nothing more than that

Keep pressing the bad call angle...let the collusion angle due a slow death

Talking about two different storylines here.

Those guys are fighting a bad call...not Bama bias. Very few national guys have taken that position.

I actually do believe in a Bama bias, albeit extremely small...and it's simply because some if the big wigs are Bama alums. It's so minute it would be impossible to prove.

Thinking you're going to find incriminating emails between the SEC and REC is kind of out there

As I said, stick with the targeting rule and it's enforcement as a whole. Its a great argument to be had

Oh, my child.
So naive.

The FOIA request to read any and all SEC communications?

That would be fricking awesome!

Insightful

Keep pounding that drum though, it's going to kill the main argument

A good hacker can pull things off. If Snowden could anyone could (especially with something much less meaningful as in a football conference compared to national security).
