Unprofessional manner. Pretty disappointed in that.

It's true, but it's like beating a dead horse at this point.

The only thing unprofessional about this deal is that moron BOS person who ran his trap.

That was a clown move.

Alleva? Said no comment.

The rest is just conjecture by fans/media.

What were they suppose to do? Fire him in the middle of the season before a replacement was secured? Because that would have been worse, by FAR!

Again, its LSU fans and the media that are the biggest threat to this thing

It's business. Just like when Miles leveraged LSU twice for contract extensions and raises.

The guy is going to get $15mil TO NOT COACH! omg, he has to go a week with uncertainty about his job! The horror!

Most people realize that the article by Rabalais doesn't get printed without instruction or approval by Alleva. Some have even said that Alleva was the one that sourced that story.

If that's true, Alleva deserves every ounce of criticism regarding the way this was handled.

This. All I've seen is people speculating on TD. The media is responding to that speculation.

That's the 15 million dollar question.

All we know for absolute fact is that moron BOS ran his yap.

Alleva said "no comment"

And miles still has a job at the moment.

The rest is what the fans/sources have been hearing.

What the frick has been "unprofessional"?

Alleva said he would not address the coaching situation until the regular season is over.

He is doing that.

End of conversation.

It isn't about this at all. It is the fact that we have recruits watching this dumpster fire. We have a team trying to prepare for tomorrow having no clue what the hell is going on. We have our potential next coach watching the people who are supposed to be leading this University make the current coach go make a fool of himself all week long with this uncertainty.

I totally agree, this week has been a complete shite show and Joe Alleva is moron for letting Miles hang out to dry. Who would want to come work for this clown after watching this.

Precisely, it's circular. We have no idea how things went behind the scenes.

I've got a good idea.

Super rich guy says this.

Other super rich guy says that.

Alleva listens.

Les Miles loses more games.

More super rich people say things.

Alleva listens.

Was it respectful when Les leveraged Arkansas' offer in 2012 to get a raise and a 15M buyout?

And got shutout in the BCS game a week later?
