Is the game wasn't really in hand until very late in the 4th. LSU wasn't coasting and running out clock. Down 26-10, Arky was still fighting and had a mathematical chance.

Winning was still more important than getting Brennan reps. Which is the right priority every single time.

if we wouldn't have missed the FG and two extra pts, it would have been 31-10, and he comes in for some mop up. 26-10 is still a 2-score game...

If Brennan can’t beat Arkansas we are in trouble next year. He needs a couple drives at least

He didn't come in because he didn't give us any advantage. He'll play if he earns the role next season.

Why? because the coaches on the rant say so?

Johnny football, Tim tebow, Jameis Winston all qbs with no previous experience.

If your good your good end of story

Hellooooooo
DE is gone next year. EO will be forced to play SOMEONE ELSE next year. Wouldn't it be nice if that someone had som3 meaningful experience?

Well, I do think we need Brennan to see some playing time. He's the likely starter next year and does need reps. Just not when the game's on the line.

And if he had thrown a pick 6 all of you would have been screaming for Orgeron's head, " WTF is he doing? No need to play him."

Here is a little cold splash of truth------ in their worst day of their lives, the LSU coaching staff knows more about football than any of ever will.

Watch coach 0 interview after game. He said Brennan didn't play because Etling started playing better in 3rd qtr

I have been 100% behind Etling so far but was a little disappointed that he didn't get at least one series!!

Coaching staff would've been crucified for putting him in when we were winning but without the game in hand.

Tebow played a ton of situational football as a freshmen.

Otherwise a really good point.

It doesn't matter because he won't be the starter next season anyway.

Etling must have paid off our kicker. That's an all-time low.

People keep saying this but I don't see anyone even close to Brennan right now.

Why? He won't be the starter next season. So why screw Danny Etling's career to play a player that won't even be the starter next season? Give me a break.

That someone won't even be the starter next season. I can't see Brennan beating out a healthy Narcisse.

So who's starting next season? Look into that big crystal ball you have. Seems it is Brennan's job to lose, but that's just me.
