I'm more worried about him starting off the season against a top-ranked Miami team.

Well, you can forget Brennan getting any playing time this year, as they will never have a game in hand until very late.....

So what's going to be the excuse for Orgeron next year? He's starting a QB with no experience?

Did this season just start with Arkansas??

Brennan has gotten plenty of meaningful snaps this year

We don’t really see anyone but Etling right now.

exactly its not like he hasn't been given any time. He was put in against Troy and it wasn't in the last 3 minutes of the game. He didn't exactly light it up.

As I said if your good your good. All this BS about meaningful snaps is meaningless. Its just a feel good thing done for fans.

I actually think he's looked pretty good given lack of experience and not a great team around him early in the season. He'll be good next year.

Is handing off to Williams meaningful? The rant invests way to much emotion into a meaningless activity

Meaningful is only when the game's on the line. And I don't see Brennan getting that type of situation unless Etting is hurt.

Well yes, this and all the shite you typed and the fact that Narcisse is redshirting. He will be ready to go next year. Does the backup QB really need reps?

Maybe so maybe not. Hopefully there is a true qb competition in the off season, I mean hell as bad as people make Etling out to be and Brennan couldnt beat him out then Brennan may not be the special player he is made out to be

People keep saying this but I don't see anyone even close to Brennan right now.

Thank god. Interceptions suck. Jarret Lee ring a bell.

Winning was still more important than getting Brennan reps.

And had Brennan gone in and we lost, Brennan would never shake the wrap of the loss just like our QB who thru interceptions in the bama game never escaped the Continuous Raging of some sorry arse fans.

I think they were protecting him from a possible loss that would follow him his whole LSU tour and personally I was glad he did not play.

Brennan could have started and we still would have won that game. Arkansas is really a very bad football team. He certainly could have and should have gone in for this final series when we did nothing but hand the ball off.

It’s strange to me. Almost like they don’t want to give the kid playing time.

Either way without some experience this year, we open against Miami with an experienced AN

Maybe I am too dense to see this is somehow this is a bad thing.

Guice, D Williams and Chark will be gone next year. I guess we should bench them also?

Some of you guys dont know shite. Tebow split time with chris leak as a freshman. If your gonna try and prove a point at least get it right.

Split time? No.

He had some goal line packages. I wouldn't call that meaningful.

The point still stands. If your good then your good

You got me. LSU has had just as much of an issue at QB as RB and receiver.

AN is the last position where you need an inexperienced player to begin a year against a top opponent, in a year where you expect to improve from the year where you lost to TROY.

CEO not looking ahead. The mark of a long term winner.
