It never gets old. I love watching it! Saban throwing his hands up in the 4th quarter with 1:37 left makes me laugh so hard everytime.

Really enjoying 10th watching of Bama game
On ESPNU. Sweeter with every viewing.
I think I'm on at least 25. I really like watching for the different reactions of various players upon every re-watch. Does anyone know if there is a place to see alternate feeds to the CBS national from the original airing. e.g. I'd love to see just Joe Burrow after the CEH passing TD just before half. All they show you is the slo mo "LET'S GOOOO" (which is still enough to give chills.)

The 2nd and the 4th I could (and do!) watch over and over and over.

The first TD to Ja'Marr...I still am sometimes awed when I watch it. It was so shocking to me in the stadium that day how easy it was.

The last yd we gave up is a reason aranda is gone. Can’t believe we gave that up.

Never had noticed Moss knocking the socks off #33 on the last play.

It's truly bizarre that people's perceptions are so distorted that it leads them to melt like this. Danielson was probably a net LSU bias for the entire game. He absolutely gushed about Joe Burrow - but in particular about CEH - for the entire game. He said multiple times that the Dickerson late hit on KV5 was "about the cheapest shot" he'd seen. Announcers don't like to say that about college players very much. On the 1st play of the LSU drive in the 4th (the fake QB draw and then dump across the middle to Chase for 35), he made a point of coming back to it and saying just how tickled he was. etc. You do understand that Bama is Bama right? Acknowledging and respecting them is not "desperation for them to come back and win". ETA: Nessler - after the final TD of the 2nd half: Joe Burrow putting on a show. Clyde Edwards-Helaire putting on a show...Nick Saban doesn't like the show. This post was edited on 8/24 at 8:55 pm

I've watched it probably 20 times

When I come home from call and fall asleep on the couch I love listening to the sounds of the game.

"It is. They are. It's on."

I've lost count on how many times I've watched each game this season. They never get old. I've never felt this way about any other season, and I loved all our BCS championship runs.

Danielson makes it almost unwatchable with the sound on. It was like he was trying to convince himself the whole game that Bama was going to win.

Danielson is like the King’s new clothes that were only invisible to those who were shirking; he only sounds like that to losers.

I disagree. If we play prevent Bama scores quickly and is kicking onsides with 30 seconds left. Everybody is vilifying Aranda for playing not to lose.

Aranda made the right call. Stingley’s job on that play was very easy. Make the receiver go wide around you off the line and stay ahead of him. He did not have to worry about short routes. Had he properly delayed the receiver the safety would have been there for the deep support on the inside. Stingley would only have to stop the deep sideline. He screwed up royally. Tiger fans have adopted Stingley as a God-Among-Men, so they criticize the coach who trusted his player.

There is no call that can overcome a player whiffing on a fundamental task, as witness the Saints playoff loss to the Vikings when Marcus Williams just missed the tackle on Stefon Diggs. THAT’s the defensive alignment you are calling for, and it would not work either if a player just erased himself like Stingley did.
