Raymond is a huge part of why LSU is called DBU.

I don't want to lose him, but we were DBU a long time before Raymond came along.

If Raymond wants more money, he needs to ask for it. He has hurt us in recruiting with these stunts. Leave or don’t leave, but this is bullshite.

Did not know Sullivan was making more than Raymond. That’s a slap in the face. Raymond has pulled top talent and hasn’t our dbs among the best every year
agreed. It was a disgrace

lol Raymond wasn’t here till 2012

We only had 2 unanimous all American CBS the year before he got here.

Still not a good look to lose your best DB recruiter/ Alumni to UGA.

Not sold in busch either. We had 1 good safety this year and it’s not like the others blew us away.

Keep acting like we weren't DBU with Ron Cooper.

Sullivan isn't the only one that makes more than Raymond, Cregg and Robinson do as well. If UGA is offering to pay more you take it, plain and simple, you have to look out for yourself and your family because that's what matters the most. You don't know how long you have as a coach or in life period, so you are trying to secure financial security for your family down the road. Only an a-hole would criticize this man for doing so, coaches do this all the time year in and year out across the board in the world of NCAA collegiate coaching. But Raymond has been successful before a Busch arrived, but I believe Orgeron is not comfortable with Raymond's success and not being one of his guys as someone else said. He pays his boy Robinson 600,000 a year as RB coach, and that guy is an average recruiter at best, but you can't pay your top recruiter what you're paying Cregg which is 475, 000 a year. That's pure BS!

Ron Cooper started DBU and Raymond continued it... Still would really love to keep Raymond with us as he is one of the best in the business and with the current recruiting going on.

Ryan Clark would take the job in a heartbeat. He already works with most of our recruits anyway.

Yup - Grant was already amazing before Busch got here to. So far Busch was responsible for Ika. That's it. Even the DB from Cal next year was primarily recruiter by Raymond.

I don't think people understand that Rashard Robinson, Jamal Adams, Grant Delpit, Stingly, Greedy on and on and on were all Raymond.

Capitalism.

You're worth what someone is willing to pay you.

If UGA offers him $75k more per year, guess what he's worth? At least $75k more per year.
