LSU sports says he plays OLB? LINK #85

I thought he was between TE and OT LINK, but now it says he weighs 233 and OLB. This a typo or did I just miss it and he got placed there when Brooks and Lee switched. I thought we needed him as an OT.

He was playing defense last year and redshirted. He projects as a DE in the 4-3. I'm assuming he will weigh 250-260 to play there.

He went against what the rant wanted him to do and lost a bunch of weight instead of gaining a bunch to become an OT. Tried TE but couldn’t catch so now he’s an olb.

He is going to have to play OLB at Grambling. Kid was a prospect as an OL but doesn’t want to lift and eat to gain mass.

Nothing wrong with not wanting to be 300+ lbs.

Has the body for the position but looked stiff in the videos I saw. Not sure his future

He'd probably flourish at Grambling. Tory Carter would be better on Defense than Parker.

Where you've been? Parker switched to OLB a long time ago, but now that LSU is switching to the 4-3, that means he will be a DE.

Ed O also bragged on him late last season and said he was doing really well at his new position.

Said it before last season, O wasted a scholarship/roster spot on this guy. He made it clear that he didn't want to be an OT where he was rated a 4-star.

Sadly, this is probably the rationale they use. He may be great at LB. But he has done nothing to show anyone here that he would be.
