bullshite, they didn't drop the ball. It has to be proven either way; PR has not said whether he did or didn't. You don't defend someone who could be guilty and you don't chastise someone who could be innocent. You find out what happened and react accordingly.

Yes. You are absolutely right. Police always know who is guilty or involved PRIOR to their investigation and questioning. Witnesses are always accurate, police never investigate innocent people and innocent people never go to jail. Ever. GTFO idiot.
As a former criminal defense lawyer I can tell you first hand that police question innocent people and arrest innocent people all the time and innocent people retain lawyers to protect themselves from police incompetence.

i dont know whos side anyone is on, but i specifically recall Friday someone hopped on here when he saw a text from his buddy from around 1:30am that said something to the effect that his buddy just saw Jefferson kick some dudes arse. I dont think a head kick was specifically mentioned.
If accurate, thats a live comment from a witness, so unless the dude screwed up translating from his phone to his keyboard, id guess its pretty believable.
based on the sheer volume of accounts, its highly unlikely this didnt happen.
