Fun story to share, i was with my family enjoying a lil bowling on the west bank yesterday. Couldn’t help but notice the 3 young men bowling in the lane next to us because they were speaking a foreign language. Now you know how we LA baws are. We strike up conversation about anything with anyone. Lol. Anyways, the 3 were from Isreal and one of them play basketball for the Tigers. He had a couple friends flew in to hang with him. Zipper was very nice guy. Regretfully i didn’t get a pic of him with my grandson. Woulda been cool. Certainly will be rooting for him and the Tigers this season! As always Geaux Tigers! And thanks for reading about our Tiger experience in a random corner of the world.

Lmao. I wondered the same thing. Why the heck were they on the westbank. Such a cool experience though.

Yes i did ask if he liked it here. He does. Communication was a little off, as you can imagine. So im sure that’s odd to him. I got the feeling that its all atill new to him. So i hope his season goes well and he gets time on the court.

If all places, why would an LSU basketball player from Israel be Bowling on the Westbank of NOLA?

Yeah. Was crazy. Shouldn’t they have been around baton rouge? Maybe just spending time closer to New Orleans? Who knows. Kids having a good time.
