I live 4 miles from stadium. Lightening all around right now. Doesn't there need to be like an hour with no lightening for miles?

I believe it's an automatic 30-minute delay for lightning within 8 miles. Resets every time there's a new strike.

Too much scattered showers on the radar for it to clear up soon, plus a big blob of red headed this way from Lafayette. Doubtful they get it in tonight.

At least a&m is in a delay now too. Hopefully they have a DH tomorrow too.
