I was thinking earlier the big guys like McMath, Lee, and Sullivan could come up big in red zone or 3rd and short passing downs.

And Jamal Pettigrew

Sorry, but this is kind of a stupid strategy. They need to focus on the trenches or else Brennan/Parrish won't have time to get them the ball.

He's talking about the ones we have already committed.

Burrow is going to need a quicker release to be able to find all of these All Pro NFL targets all over the field.

I'm aware. They aren't on LSU's roster yet and I don't understand why so much time was spent on them.

I know we won't sign all of the ones we have committed or leaning, but still.

A stupid strategy is talking about linemen in a thread about wide receivers. I’ll pass on your concern to the coaches

Jefferson could go pro with another great year. But who knows? It would be crazy to return the same three WRs for a third straight year (Jefferson, Chase, Marshall).

When Austin Deculus gets comparisons to Andrew Whitworth, let me know!

Here we go again. Chris Curry continues to be compared to Marshawn Lynch cuz of the dreads. He literally has done nothing on the field to verify those comparisons. Did he have a carry longer than 3 yards last season?

Some people are upset that we are spending time recruiting WRs.

What is the ceiling for this offense?

You are going to be extremely disappointed. Sullivan is a fifth year senior. If he was the second coming of Jimmy Graham don't you think O & E would have figured that out by now. Curry as Marshawn Lynch? Did you watch at all last year? I saw enough of Curry to know that he is an average SEC back. That's pretty good, but it's a lot different than NFL superstar. Also, Burrow is not a Heisman candidate. Hopefully he can be a good leader and distribute the football to the playmakers.

The offense is probably going to be worse than last year at first. As the year goes by it should be better than last year. Enjoy the year.

You mentioned adding more receivers and I said that's a dumb idea.

Drew Bree’s made Jimmy Graham.

Why doesn't Drew just make another Jimmy Graham then?

Just because Joe Brady showed Sullivan video of Jimmy Graham and how the Saints utilized him to convince him to play TE doesn't make him comparable. I love the excitement and enthusiasm though.

Why hasn’t the other 2 teams Jimmy Graham has played with made Jimmy Graham look like Jimmy Graham with the Saints?

Drew Brees is still breaking records since Graham left. Jimmy Graham? Not so much

Chemistry. Brees is the best QB Graham has had and Graham is the best TE Brees has had. Neither of them “made” the other. It was just a good fit.

And your OP is 99% fan hype based on 1% of what coaches have actually said.
