Nothing like making shite up to suit your narrative.

Maybe you and your old man can walk to school uphill, both ways in 10 feet of snow, and show is where he killed a grizzly bear with a notebook

these kids want instant gratification that a lot of things in society have programmed into younger generations, now you remove the sit out year rule for transfers on top of the NIL so now it's a fricking circus

This has very little to do with a new coach.
i disagree. I think it has everything to do with Kelly. These kids know he will run a tighter ship then the clown that just left.

Johnson was incredibly slow. Should have been able to bootleg inside Bama’s 5 for a score. No pocket presence. If he ain’t got it by now he won’t

A potential starter next year would not be told to look around

Especially a few weeks out from a Bowl Game which leave's them only 2 QBs that could play in the Bowl:

(1) Nuss, who is supposed to be taking his RS
(2) A Walk On QB w/Zero In Game experience on the roster.

Homerun!

That 5 Star rating is based on pure talent in high school performances; having little to do with the CHARACTER issues that will manifest as character is tested. My old high school coach said that "some people can't handle success"; he was right.

Coaches like Saban and the BCS yearly winners have the pick of the litter; and don't think for one minute that character is not highly factored in the evaluation mix on top of the Star rating. Consistency matters. Burrow/Dream Team was an extraordinary anomaly; a 'perfect storm' that few saw coming. We'll have to earn our spot at the athlete buffet table. That should happen.

We're hitting the reset button on the program. Relax, this is a good thing.

This generation didn't make the frickin rules. Boomers are the only generation to frick up institution after institution and then blame their kids for it.

Do you understand how many generations are between “boomers” and the current one or do you always resort to trendy twitter arguments?

To the OP: the transfer portal is relatively new. If they had that “in your day” you’d see similar results.

Is it safe to assume that people who hold this opinion of yours have only had one job, and will only have one job, over the course of their entire lives?

frick you and twitter. the kids transferring and getting paid right now didnt make the rules theyre playing by so its retarded to call them soft for exploiting a system that allows them to:

skip their senior year of high school
collect 6 figuresish before ever taking a CFB snap
transfer for any reason with immediate eligibility

^but its their fault for being kids faced with temptation, but not the people that control, finance, and made this stupid shite possible in the first place. those precious generations you pointed out earlier.
