What number of wins in 2018 will you continue to believe in CEO as a great hire for LSU?

Hell will freeze over before he or Space Cowboy make a prediction.

It's a tacit admission of their lack of confidence in Orgeron.

Someway he’ll spin it into you’re a miserable negative fake LSU fan for even asking the question.

I mean all the loses are Miles fault till 2025.

We can only just O once he has a squad of players who have never players with players who were ever coached by Les.

Not the OP, but realistically I’m thinking 7-5, 8-4.
Between the schedule and too many uncertainties it’s hard to believe any better.

As always praying for undefeated of course

I hope the Tiger's can get to eight wins. I'm proud of at least eight wins every year this century. Eight is my prediction. I think nine is possible. I'm hoping all the new coaches in the SEC experience "growing pains" and the Tiger's get a schedule similar to last year when it is all said and done. I realize it looks tougher by trading UT and BYU/Troy for Miami and Georgia.

Not either of these, but I’m considered an O pumper here.

Next season I would predict something like 8-4, maybe 9-3 or 10-2 if we get some breaks and depending on QB play

I think if you can make a prediction or set standards for your expectations, then at least you really believe what you're saying.

How hard is to say "I expect _____ amount of wins. We hit that we're good. If we don't then maybe they're not as good as advertised?"

Ree will be on here all day saying how amazing this current regime is but he will never put his money where his mouth is. I have to conclude that he doesn't really believe everything he's spouting.

Here’s my two cents:

7 or fewer wins: O should be fired

8-9 wins: O buys himself 2019 where is basically playoffs or fired.

10 wins: takes the heat off some but the fans still need to see us make the playoffs in either 2019 or 2020.

11+ wins: O should get respect from the fan base.

Whooo you him got him now you sneaky rascal.
You have him in a corner. He can't escape your clever laid trap.

Just fun fun and giggles: what number of wins will you continue to post this drivel?

Sadly, I agree that he has to win all but one game to "get respect". That's almost laughable, but it's so true.

I think our record is worse than last year for sure, so if 7 or less is right we'll be cutting another check.

I can pretty much agree with this as long as we are talking pre bowl.

I do think going 8-4 is still possibly fireable if we look like shite in the 4 losses and just squeak out ugly wins against other weak teams like UF and A&M.

We play four good teams (AL, UGA, Auburn, Miami). That isn’t the monumental schedule everyone is making it out to be. Yes, wins against those first three would be huge upsets and very impressive, but a decent coach will at least keep them competitive with the D Aranda brings to the table. The only reason no one is giving us a chance is because of where O has brought us.

Miami is mostly hype and no better than a 10-20 type team. A win there wouldn’t be some huge accomplishment but would be a great way to start the year.

The games against Florida, A&M, and MSU are only toss ups because we are just as big of a mess as they are. None of those teams will be good at all and will be fortunate to be ranked in the teens at any point in the season.

A loss to any other team would be another embarrassment on his resume.

I expect 10 wins with losses probably to Georgia and Alabama.

I agree with you except for this statement.

If I’m reading this right, you think Miami will end up being ranked somewhere between 10 and 20 at seasons end.

If that interpretation is correct and Miami falls in the dead center of your prediction, would you really not consider beating the 15th ranked team in the country a big accomplishment?

I get that Bama, Auburn, and UGA will all probably be ranked higher than that but beating a top 15 team is a pretty damn good win.

A good win. It should never be considered a huge accomplishment for an talented LSU team. Stop lowering your expectations...

Don't hold your breath waiting for that question to be answered. Ree's a cheerleader. Nothing more, nothing less.

You want somebody to blow smoke up someone's arse, Ree's your man. But to make a prediction or when things go south for o, it's nothing but crickets from guys like Ree, Space Clownboy and a few others.

I personally have predicted, or expected at least 10 wins from the team each and every year since Saban's second year. This will be the first year that I don't expect the team to get to double digit wins. I believe if o gets back to 9 wins, which is the most he's ever racked up in one season, he'll be lucky as hell.

And I certainly won't be thrilled with 9 wins, but if he can't get to that number, I think his arse should be run out of town.
