It shouldn't matter. It was a sore throat bruh. Not a case of herp-a-gona-cefilitis.
I'm just some swamp dwelling cajun. But, in my mind does this set a precedent for a player that got hurt in game 1 and missed a season. To get a TRO to play another year?
If some clown can catch a sore throat and file a TRO and get an entire season. What about the kid who broke his leg in game 1 and missed the season? Should he get another year too?

Chambliss had a very serious medical condition. he had a sore throat for at least a month which really prevented all the playing time that a 3rd or 4th string qb normally gets.
