If anyone thinks the starter is going to be anyone but Myles Brennan, then you need psychiatric help. Even if he is less capable than the others on opening day, Coach O will reward him for sticking it out all these years. Believe me. That’s just the way it works.

Been saying the exact same thing since his injury. If healthy, Brennan WILL start.

I think it will depend on who can best throw the deep ball and stretch the field. That player is Brennan at the moment. But it's hard to tell as all we have to go off of this year are selected practice clips.

Lol at everyone putting frosh Nuss ahead of a 5th year senior who averages over 60% passing for nearly 400 yds and 3 TDs per game.

I don’t think he’s #1 either, but don’t write him off. His arm is unreal and he’s still learning.

Everything TJ lacks can be taught.

*one wonders if qb arm strength improves from their true freshman years to their final collegiate season*

Could be but don't count out Nuss for some spots. I think Finley is odd man out. He has a golden arm tho. He needs to be able to process in real time and is not there yet.

Surely yall understand and know that nuss is redshirting correct?

That's virtually a guarantee unless this year doesnt count against eligibility . Even if it doesn't count,he won start a game or be second string .

It would take an absolute stud game changer to start next year as a Freshman with our qbs
