I never said you think O should be fired.... that’s just one aspect you retards dable in with the O hating
Ok, I'll take it a step further then. Show me where I have talked shite about Orgeron.
All you will find is me saying I didn't agree with the hire.
But once again, you'll bitch out when you are called out on anything,

I said 8-4 would be a success at this point and that 7-5 is not out of the question.

LSU has the football team that people like FKING Alexander wanted. He is responsible for the situation as it is. He was just given an extension. If that won't make you throw up nothing will.
I don't see anything improving while he's at the helm.
I don't know of anyone that thought the hiring of O was what was best but because of the shitshow of a coaching search this is what we are all left with.
I'm not sure how long his contract is but barring the wheels coming off he will be LSU'S football coach. This is why I don't understand the O hate.
If you want to hate someone it should be FKing Alexander and to a lesser extent Alleva. Until those two are gone nothing will happen.

Time to clean house and begin with a vision of winning.
The great Fieldon King Alexander was just granted a contract extension. His little buddy Alleva will probably be next. Current leadership seems content with 4 loss seasons and mediocre bowl games.
Until LSU makes drastic changes and hires visionary agents of change (eg a Mark Emmert type), expect the same old.

Fresh take. No one has brought this up in the last two years.

I get it. IMO, 8-4 is a disaster and sure 7-5 isn't out of the question, but seems unlikely to me.
I tend to agree with your earlier statement that O won't win a championship here. But, he's 5-1 right now, so I would like to see how the season plays out before talking about future plans. I just simply misread your original post.

You are correct sir, the people above are the root of the problem

Are you shitting me? You follow ree and any and all other posters around that says anything positive about O.
You literally post all day long.
Is this your job?
That much of a loser to sit around everyday all day and post the same garbage.
Now you’re trying to pass yourself off as an”debater”. LOfrickingL
Seriously

Never thought it was the best idea to promote a guy off the staff that you basically said was not getting the job done. Definite sign of laziness or just plain not knowing what you are doing

Give it a rest, Man. You’re exhausting with your arguing.
You literally only argue in 90% of your post.
No one likes you.

You literally do the same thing and start shite with anyone that says anything critical.
It may be a surprise, but people venting frustration and being critical is NOT calling hating or bashing. They are NOT negative people, NOR does your simple minded attacks change their mind.
If your purpose was to promote positivity and bring healthy conversation to support your opinion, you’re failing miserably.
Change your attitude. Or don’t and people will continue to treat you like a cum rag. Your choice, not ours.

Upvoted. Ed O was a stop-gap because we were busy being leveraged by Herman and Jimbo for better contracts and O was like the desperate kid. It’s a sad reality I’ve come to accept but still a fan of our Bengal Tigers through and through

My friend, I do not hate anyone. I agree that CEO, Joe Alleva and F’ing King Alexander are symptoms of the real problem. How many of the BOS are from Louisiana? Did any attend LSU? How many are from Alabama? Lol
Posted on 10/8/18 at 10:17 pm to idlewatcher
That’s a fact. And I think it’s been discussed to death.
We’re all LSU fans. Frustration gets the best of some, emotions run high and people buttheads over it.

The other side is no better. They can't wait to attack posters that are seen as O supporters. One side is no better than the other. I have no problem with calling out bad actors but if you want to be seen as objective call out all of them not just one side. I promise it's just as frustrating for everyone. To act as if one side gets a pass due to their extreme frustration is asinine.
As I said FKing is responsible for the current situation. Get mad at him. I did and still am. Again it's why I never understood the O hate.

Don't forget to sprinkle in a little bit of Bobby Jindal and even honor code was putting his 2 cents worth in it.

It was an atrocious decision and had we known, wouldn't have pulled that trigger.
Miles needed to go if we wanted to compete for championships again, but not if it meant settling on O. Miles still has a better chance at competing for championships than O, IMHO.
O is a fine DL coach and recruiter selling another's program. Much better at that IMO. He could have probably been retained once things cleared out.. so really no reason to settle on him.. and absolutely no reason to give him a buy-out for his "dream job" and absolutely no other competitors for his services.

Look. I was NEVER sold on O. I am still wary that he can pull it off, but saying "it's possible this season turns in to a shite show so we need to fire him" is beyond overreacting. We lost one fricking rivalry game on the road. Just chill until the season is over. If he fricks up the rest of the season things will work themselves out and he will likely be gone.
I'm not saying it's likely but if we beat UGA and Bama then we're right back in it. My point is the team is at a tipping point and UGA should be the most telling game with regards to O's future. For now, let's just see what happens Saturday and a few weeks from now before we all go losing our shite.
I'm not exactly optimistic about our win chances against either UGA or Bama but what purpose does this thread serve?
