It’s messed up when idiots like you come here and tell other fans not to be excited.

The 44-41 loss to Georgia was a great offensive gameplan. Too bad the secondary was young & stunk up the joint in Athens.

Another idiotic hot take because that offense also had Jeremy Hill so it wasn't just a 2 man show.

We are talking about the passing game in this thread. Hill was nonexistent in the passing game. What I said wasn't even negative, why so defensive?

The new found passing competence is likely overwhelmingly in large part due to Joe Burrow. Joe Brady may very well turn out to be a great coach, let’s hope he does, but good QB’s always make coaches look like geniuses. Before Tom Brady saved his career, Belichick was just another coach with a personality disorder who got fired in Cleveland (along with his defensive coordinator Nick Saban). Let’s give the credit where it is most likely due - Mr. Burrow.

It was Georgia Southern!!!!!! Let's wait til we play an SEC caliber team before losing our minds.

Did you just start watching football? You actually don't remember much at all about that season & it sounds like your general football knowledge altogether is fairly poor to begin with.

The Tiger offense used a ton of play action that season so yes, Hill's effectiveness on the ground played a major role in the success of the passing game.

So you're saying Cam Cameron's offensive scheme was the reason they were successful and not the athletes that were in it.

2013 was nothing ground breaking. It was a simple play action, vertical passing game that had superior athletes on the outside. We disagree on that?

Looks like we got the right scheme (JB) to fit these athletes and the right qb with the poise, moxy, and mental hp to run it.
It's a coordinated effort. You need all of the pieces to be successful.

No, birdbrain, we will not pump any brakes! The Brady influence has already yielded a milestone. The dinosaurs are finally extinct at LSU. Perhaps you didn't watch the game? Of course I'm going to give Burrow a ton of credit but along with Brady.

Why does it have to be one or the other? Why couldn't it simply be a combination of both?

I guess Matt Cassel and Jacoby Brissett were the ones making Belichick look good too.

You obviously don't know much about offenses. If you can't see a night and day difference between the past ten years and Saturday, I don't know what to tell you.

Burrow wasn’t this good last year. Brady deserves plenty of credit.

Play calling and versatility are allowing Burrow to fully utilize his talent unlike last year. Credit Brady and Ensminger for making the right offensive changes, and credit Burrow and the offense for working hard and being ready for it.
