No no no. We don’t want the easy way out. We want to beat Carolina en route to a natty.
How would you like the FB team winning a natty but only because we did not have to beat Georgia? Like somehow Georgia did not make it to ATL and we dodged them.

We dodged Florida again in 2001. Otherwise we probably don't win the SEC. Probably shouldn't claim it then

This game will come down to whether the refs let SC manhandle Clark. If it’s called fairly, then Iowa has a chance.

In the 2019 Football season, LSU was the first team to ever beat the top-four teams in the initial AP Poll from the start of the year (Alabama, Clemson, Georgia, Oklahoma).
That means no one ever will peep about the legitimacy of LSU’s 2019 championship (that another team was denied a chance or got cheated by not getting a shot at LSU).
