Yeah extremely stupid that a dude who has a crazy following showed how great a lsu game day is ! It’s so crazy ! It’s the equivalent to will smith from the 90’s coming to a lsu game while a camera crew follows him around.

That guy is a race-baiting loser. He goes around trying to antagonize people of other races. IMO, it is a disgrace that he was allowed the access he evidently received.

He and his followers also trashed the Canes on Highland and got themselves kicked out.

Tens of millions of streams for some of his content. Basically millions of dollars worth of advertising by showing him a good time. It was great, the future of marketing.

o sum it up, kids watch this dude play video games and act like a jerkoff basically? And he’s famous for that?

Yep.

And it is hard to tell my young children they need to work hard in school to become successful when they can see people with seemingly no discernable skill making millions for just broadcasting the mundane aspects of their lives.

I was a kid when home video game were just starting to really get big. At that time nothing was more boring that watching someone else play the game. I wanted to play too. If not, I'd rather just go outside.

Now kids literally spend hours watching people they don't know play video games.

You can call him a liar. I watched the video and that quote nowhere even close described the interaction…

I cant believe the virtue signalers on here that want LSU brand to be the best but want it grounded in 1975. I am 66 yrs old and none of this bothers me or threatens me.

It's lame, but there apparently are millions of young people who think this guy is entertaining.

Once upon a time, when you would ask kids what they wanted to be when they grow up, they would say a doctor, an astronaut, a fireman . . .

My neighbor the school counselor says that the No. 1 answer these days is, "I want to be a YouTuber."

Agreed. I’m 61. I actually like what YouTube, and others are doing. To point out a year, if this guy lived in 1975, he’d have to “convince” some gay producer to listen to his demo and give him a chance. The entertainment industry was so corrupt and despicable back then. Now, you can just create a YouTube account and have at it. Oh, and the “he doesn’t have talent” part? Yes he does. It takes raw talent to draw in 20-40 million subscribers, like it or not.

Those that allow the Dysfunctional Culture to actively operate are THE PROBLEM. (The microcosm of it being allowed at LSU is just a small part of it)
