Marshall would have broken the schools single season TD record as a true Soph if it weren’t for Chase

And he missed 3 games

Brennan has lost the QB competition three years in a row. What a stupid frickin premise if that’s what you really think lol

He’s done nothing. That’s not an insult, it’s reality.

I wouldn’t say Brennan has ever lost the QB battle.

And let’s not act like Marshall’s injury didn’t derail his season. He hasn’t proven to be able to stay healthy yet.

Please tell me you are kidding. McMillan beat him out 2 years ago before Burrow transferred in.

How? A freshman Brennan definitely didn’t lose out to Danny Etling, a fifth year Senior that already had a year under his belt as a starter. And he didn’t lose out to Burrow, because anyone with an ounce of common sense knew Burrow was the starter the second he decided to transfer here. He’s never truly been in a QB battle for a starting position, so how in the world can you say he’s lost once, much less 3 times? That’s moronic.

Lesters just obsessed with being an internet contrarian. There is NOTHING odd, wrong, or uninformed about projecting MB in the top 5 by season’s end.

People a lot smarter than him are giving MB 25:1 Heisman odds. It’s not a stretch to think he’ll have a big year.

Terrace Marshall quite literally broke the schools old touchdown record last season

In 11 games lol.

That’s not a gut feeling.

Thats the definition of a gut feeling. Football isn’t a zero sum game.

You don’t know what Terrace Marshall’s 2019 numbers are with no Jamar Chase anymore than I know what Miles Brennan’s stats will be this year. You are just being douchey and obtuse again.

That post has nothing to do with chase and everything to do with Marshall breaking the old TD record... in 11 games

Brennan literally got snaps in game 3 at Syracuse in a close game As a freshman. They were trying to give him the job. You have terrible memory.

So, you figure that because he couldn’t beat out Etling as 160# freshman, he can’t be a top five player this season?

That’s some rock solid logic.

If they wanted to give him the job they would have just given it to him. They gave him snaps against Syracuse because that was an opponent they felt they could get a young guy snaps against. Just like they did the next week against Troy. But notice they didn’t against Mississippi St the week before, or Florida after, and so on. Like I said, you’re gullible.

But, are we really holding it against Brennan for losing a QB battle as a true freshman to a 5th year senior that ended up getting drafted? I think it says more for Brennan that he was even getting meaningful snaps than it does hurt him that he ultimately lost the QB battle.

They tried. He wasn’t good enough. That is the point

There’s nothing to gullible Over. That literally happened
