Pretty confident you could have run for a buck 30 on Mizzou this year. My point stands.

You don't need a superstar RB to win. Do you even know who the RB is for Clemson?

At this point there is a massive drop off in RB talent after Guice. Williams seems to run with concrete shoes and head down. this will need to be addressed in recruiting and soon.

Pretty telling that Brossette isn't even getting any clean up time.

He's still recouping from his knee injury. I am betting he makes some noise next year.

A guy to watch out for is David Ducre. Canada loves mobile big guys. Whether he stays at FB or they move him to RB, expect him to see action in Canada's offense.

CEO Should have played more guys I think he got caught up in the moment we had a twenty point lead .
Very discouraged that more guys did not play on both sides of the ball . Williams needs to move to LB .

I was calling for Brossette too; but I don't know what happened to Williams. He looked really promising his freshman year.

Does anyone else remember that run where he went straight into the pile and just emerged and scored? I'm a little drunk right now but I think he was lined up at fullback.

Pretty scary to think Williams is going to be a senior and Guice could leave after next year who knows. Don't feel confident in Brosette and Lanard to carry the load in 2018. Will David Ducre be back next year?

Yes. Huge drop off.

How much of a drop off?

Put it to you this way: the Heisman winner Lamar Jackson won't have much of an NFL career. Jackson will be lucky if he makes it one year. Preseason Heisman contender Fournette will be a top 5 first round draft pick as RB into the NFL this year and will have a nice NFL career. Guice will have a better NFL career than Fournette when it is all said and done.

Drop off?

It might be the biggest drop off in Tiger history.

Has the speed and power to excel at Running Back. (Being wasted at Fullback)

Needs to learn the play book and his assignments.

When a guy that's this big and fast doesn't play, there's a reason. (Doesn't know the plays, Academics, Lazy, HC's Dog House)

Top running backs should fighting to commit to LSU as guice will be gone after 2017 to the draft and the drop off after him is substantial.

Whoever commits to LSU in the 2017 class will likely be the starting RB in 2018 plus plenty of PT in 2017 for a freshman season.

It could be any of those things that you list. However, it could also be that he's a lousy fit at FB. If you recall when Moore went down last year, Mouton didn't have any idea what he was doing at FB, either. However, he was bigger and stronger than Ducre.

This is all just conjecture, but I am betting that if Canada moves Ducre to RB or uses him as an H-Back, he will have success and get on the field. If you watch some Pitt games, you will see that Canada likes FBs and TE who can both block and get out in the open and catch passes. Ducre would seem to fit that mold. I am betting he gets put to good use.

Big time drop off

so much so, I am concerned I will be disappointed if he goes down next year to injury.

Akers would have put a lot of hype into that position.

LF and Guice we're 5 star guys that we knew were going to be studs. Guice has surprised me...this only weakness is 3rd and 2....he's not that back, LF is...

moving forward we have some 4 star guys that we don't know how good they will be....

He had 130 yards rushing against Missouri this year

Williams is to slow hitting the holes. Watched him yesterday. Guice would have had over 200 yards rushing had he been in on that series williams had. There were some nice holes that opened but williams gets there to slow. Guice would have been off to the races.

If Etienne signs he will get the second string carries next season. He's much more explosive than any backup we have now. He's can also catch balls out of the backfield and is a homerun threat. It's nice having CEH. He is a special player, but he isn't the every down back that Etienne is.

Would be a waste if there are not a couple of plays designed for him. A couple.

I am so spoiled after Fournette and Guice. I can't go back to watching average backs. We need to get the next great one ASAP.
