he's not that good. look at the reports on Rasco at whatever game he's playing in this week.
however, he's been the coach of like 10 DL who've gotten drafted so he's got that to fall back on.

Coach Orgeron talking about the advantages of having so many assistants on staff who have HC experience was encouraging. "As a HC, you know what you expect out of your assistants. So as an assistant with HC experience, you're able to do what the coach wants without even having to talk about it."
It's a unique mix of guys with HC experience who don't need that HC ego massaged.

Miles has a VP of Offense and a VP of Defense and it seems he can comfortably sit in the CEO role if he chooses to do so

It was amazing to see the excitement and energy in O's demeanor. There is no doubt he has wanted this opportunity for a while. He truly is a La guy and is about to wreck shite.

LSU 2014 seemed sort of unfocused and stale. Players reflect their coaches and vice versa. It was refreshing to see the enthusiasm today that is usually reserved for NSD. Miles seemed like a different cat today.
So much success in life is related to motivation and enthusiasm. I am genuinely excited for next year
