The last time we had a 6-6 regular season was when Dinardo was our coach. I think our talent is too great and the 6-6 prediction is a little out there. I think the win total over/under will probably be 8.

I love how you moved the goal post from 6-6 to 8-4 or 9-3. A few pages ago you were 100% sure we wouldnt do better than 1 win above your prediction.
Now all of sudden 8-4 or 9-3 is possible. Again you are dumb.

What left over talent?? Key didn't play at all, most of our OL was overhauled, Guice played sparingly, this was one of the worst WR groups I've seen in quite sometime, Etling was serviceable?
Our DL was in shambles at the start of the year, our only bright spot was Devin White and Greedy. The rest of the talent was brought in by Orgeron. The OL has been rebuilt, our WR core has been restocked, the DL depth will be best it's been in 4 years, our LB depth will be the best it's been in 4 years, our TE position will look decent with a good mix of players, and we have a kicker this year.
If our QBs and DBs can make it work then we will have a very good team. I have no idea what some of you see sometimes, you're completely blind with hate. We had zero talent to work with besides a good backfield and secondary. My goodness some of our fans are just stright dumb.

Hard to argue with O inheriting 2 excellent teams in his yr and 3/4. Miami, Florida and A&M are winnable, surely LSU can win 1 of those. LSU could surprise despite him if the QB plays mistake free ball like Etling did. The Defense will be top 10 in the nation. He's lucky to have this D this yr.

How many times have I called you dumb during this? Why is it that you coach O lovers resort to name calling?
Again our absolute max is 8-9 wins. ABSOLUTE MAX. That means we wins games that I'm almost sure we lose this year. I'm not moving any goal posts. Our goal is to go undefeated and we obviously have no shot at that. And THAT is the reason we have to be upset. We went from expecting top 5 to hoping for top 25. That is the state the program is in.
Last, I hope I'm wrong, I really do but I can't ignore how literally everything except D coordinator has been DOWN graded.

That could be our record, but UF and aTm will have to prove that they can beat us. We dominated aTm last year and beat UF at home on Tom Petty Tribute day after losing to Troy.
We have a lot of unknowns on offense, but I think we can beat Miami as well. They are much better with Richt, but still have a ways to go. The other three will be tough to win, but if LSU's QB actually is a threat next year (big if), LSU is still loaded with talent and could probably beat just about anyone with the D they will have.

In O’s first full year we finished ranked worse than in 2016.
We lost twice in historic fashion—to MSU and Troy.
The recruiting class was the worst we’ve had in years according to the rankings.
Steve Ensminger, while a capable playcaller, guided the offense to a total of 10 points against the best defenses we faced in 2016–both losses.
And of course there’s O’s coaching history.
That’s what I got.
Now I’d love to go 10-2. How would you convince me we get there?
