Chris Hilton will be a significant part of the offense if healthy. You saw in the final 2 games how badly he can burn a defense.
That being said, I think you've got the stating 11 correct. We've got a few more guys like Hilton, Zavion, Trey'dez, and Harlem Berry that I'm expecting to all have big roles in the offense next year outside of this 11. I feel really good about our offensive depth in 2025.
Edit: I think the key to this offense will be getting a 3rd RB that can be productive. Assuming Harlem is as good as advertised, JT Lindsey or Kaleb Jackson breaking out this year would make this easily a top 5 offense in the country.

Sharp IS 100% starting at TE. That's why they brought him in. Green will continue in the hybrid WR role.

I think Thompson ends up at RT and Curne, MBenga, or Thomas starts at guard.

Nah. They spent the entire bowl practice period working with Green on playing the inline TE role. When we play 12 personnel, both will be in. When we play 11 personnel (our base) outside of short yardage, Green will 100% be the primary TE. We wouldn’t have brought in as many WRs as we did if Green was still going to be taking reps there.

Maybe, but it's really going to be an NFL rotating player packages play-to-play kind of thing, IMO. We have a lot of starting level players.

I think you are pretty close, probably within a player or two and like many note it will be nice to have an excellent rotation to exploit down/distances and matchups. Nuss certainly brings experience with a high level of execution back as QB, and he will a have bevy of weapons to get the ball to. Chris Hilton & TD Green are poised to have huge 2025 seasons.
IMO what we roll out on DEF week 1 will be the deciding factor. Can we get the collective DEF to blend in the new additions/returning players and execute their assignments? Klubnik will be a challenge right out of the gate - throwing & running. If we defend him well, we win this game.

Trey Holly can be that 2nd or 3rd back when he is cleared of all charges

I hope one of the freshmen OG beats out Chester.

Brown does not start over Hilton.
