How many reinfections? until this question can be answered properly I will not get vaccinated. Almost all breakthrough cases are with people with no previous infection. Natural immunity is better than a vaccine.

I couldn't find anything about the tents on Google, however I do know that the Lake in BR had to bring in a federal aid unit to staff an additional ICU because they couldn't handle the current numbers. LINK
All of this preventable if people in this state would trust doctors instead of political talking heads when it comes to the medical field. Such a shame.

It's not a coincidence that a state that had a 30-something percent vaccination rate a few weeks ago is currently undergoing its worst surge yet and the hospitals are once again overly strained. Over 90% of cases unvaccinated. Younger and healthier people dying more than ever before with this strain. It's all just sad to watch when you know that it was all preventable and so many of these people fell victim to misinformation.

Sure, huge caveat being your age and health. What if you are 25 and in great shape and already had covid vs 65 with diabetes who is vaccinated? I have less of a chance of catching, spreading, going to the hospital, and dying of covid than 90%+ of the vaccinated population.
