The most fights I witnessed and near fights was lsu fans fighting lsu fans at opener in Houston versus Wisconsin. Typical Les Miles horseshoe up his arse lucky win so I think that’s what had fans so pissy

I’ve only been to Gainesville once.

2008…LSU went into The Swamp ranked higher and yet, they beat the pants off us.

Was getting it from fans at all angles and the entire miserable walk back to the car. shite was talked and thrown at us…and the bastards won lol.

I’ll never go back. frick Florida

Va.Tech 2001. I don't think they had ever experienced SEC away game style travel from an opposing fan base, and they did not know how to deal with it....at all.

That Friday night was wild. One side the street Va Tech and the other side LSU. It got rowdy and the cops didn’t know what to do.

Yep, I was in Gainesville. shite I don’t even remember the year. Think it was ‘97. We lost something like 13-7. Anyway walking out saw some Florida college students walking by cars with LSU flags as they were leaving and the douche bags were ripping antennas off. My buddy confronted them and 5 cracked out meth head looking dudes tried to jump us. Fun times. I’ll never go back. Screw that shite hole

I remember being in Gainesville when I was 7 for the lsu game in the 90’s believe it was 96. As I was going to the bathroom with my dad a couple of frat boys got in my face and started dropping F bombs at me. There is no place worse than Gainesville.

Mine wasn't necessarily egregious, but kinda left a bad taste in my mouth about Auburn.

2007 game we were sitting behind the Auburn band but there were still a bunch of LSU fans and particularly a lot of young children. Right after the game winning catch, this Auburn guy and his girlfriend just starting going off on anyone who would listen "frick yall!" "Nick Saban is gonna beat your arse" blah blah.

I get that it's a game and I cuss more than anyone, but they could've had a little more self awareness

2011 Bama game. I honestly didn’t say a word to the Bama fans other than when I was trying to get to my seats. It’s their stadium and I know I’m outnumbered. There were some old ladies that looked like they were in their 70s sitting behind me. They seemed like the type that go to church every Sunday and were very polite before the game. After LSU won the game, these women turned into some sort of wild animals and cursed me left and right and did not relent. Seemingly followed me and my friend as we made our way out of Bryant-Denny. I’m sure if they were younger, they would have thrown a punch or try to jump-tackle me like that Bama fan did to OU fans when OU beat Bama in the sugarbowl.

This may not be that bad in some people’s book, but I guess I was just shocked by who it was coming from
Since then, when people say LSU has the worst fans, I think back to this experience and just say nope.

The only banter it seemed younger West Virginia fans knew was FU.

Iowa does have some surprisingly trashy fans. They were pretty bad at the 2013 season Outback Bowl.

Just how it is. When Clemson/Kansas State/Iowa catches LSU on a down year, it's their Super Bowl.

Actually, since we lost Iowa fans were assholes and kept getting up in his face, and he held his own. Always could in a fight. Nice try jackass, do you remember how we lost?

Agree. I'm in Manhattan, KS this week and I'm getting a lot of friendly ribbing. I just tell them I'm there to recruit their guys and it lightens the mood.

After we lost to Ole Miss in 2013, the fans were obnoxious af leaving the stadium. A couple got in my face and a cop came to make sure it didn't escalate. He told me they aren't used to winning and don't know how to handle it. He was a cool dude.
