Bianco wouldn’t even be in consideration if he hadn’t played for LSU.

But he walks to the mound and shakes his head like Bertman did!

Red jersey, one day, purple and gold the next. Book it.

Look at the list. They are the 7th best SEC team They are a tick away from being 9th. Just understand their path is a little different then say Louisville who recruits at a similar level

I would assume Ole Miss is still more talented than most of the teams they lose to in the regionals.

Some, sure. It’s baseball. Inferior teams beat better ones on paper all the time. LSU has had issues in regionals even at their best as the SEC1 or SEC2 team. So that certainly doesn’t make the SEC7 team infallible.

And You have to realize a list like this is tiered. 10th is much closer to 20th than it is to 5.

Teams like Kentucky have never even made the CWS. And South Carolina is in a decade CWS drought. SEC beats each other up & it affects postseason placements. It’s not always chalk making Omaha

Based off of this list, it looks like O’Conner has far and away done more with less talent.

Wanted to bump this for anyone curious how johnson did recruiting wise. Looks like 19th. About where i would expect. I would hope he does better than that here.
