honestly, as far as our play, can't come up with anything.... the only positive i can think of is the recruiting class we'll be landing next season... 2011's class is SICK!!!

It happens to the best of us.

I genuinely like the guy, and I'm certainly glad LSU hired him in 2005 ... I just happen to want him gone if he's actually going to stick with Crowton.

Miles doesn't have a Hester or Scott to give the ball to all the time so hopefully it will be spread amongst the playmakers, but with RS getting twice as many touches per game than he did this year.

I love LSU football more than a coach, more than an offensive coordinator, more than an under achieving quarterback, more than I hate Alabama. I still get chills every time I walk into Death Valley no matter how many "issues" are going on with the program. Something positive about 2010? I will be able to get together with my best friends and get hammered on Saturday to watch a damn strong football team compete for victory! Prayers sent to UNC, GEAUX TIGERS!

QB - JJ will be better than last year, hopefully take less sacks.
RB - Good recruits, a healthy Richard Murphy, Ridley played well at times in 09, Russell Shepard reprising the Trindon role.
WR - Tolliver looked great in 09, Randle can step into the #2 role, Shep. in a Harvin type role, and a stable of pretty good folks besides those three.
TE/OL - I'm thinking that losing Dickson is a big deal, but we've got some talent there. After last year, O-Line has nowhere to go but up.

The D was much improved last year, just room for growth on the D-Line. If Davenport and Montgomery are as good as advertised, we'll be ok. Bama and UF lose quite a few guys this year, so there's room at the top.

i think shep as the #3 receiver and having him on the field ALL the time will be huge. that gives us a lot of opportunities for moving him around and putting him in motion for misdirection plays.

That's what I've been doing on NCAA! Why not run reverses and PA reverses all day with him... If BG can install some of the Harvin type stuff with Shep., we'll give people some fits.

Considering Jefferson NEVER HAD A MENTOR he's doing pretty good. He improves every game. People overlook the fact that unlike most QBs Jefferson never had someone to show him the ropes. Jefferson was thrown in the fire and he's making progress.

I got nothing as long as GC is leading LSU to the 112th ranked offense.

So happy drexyl started this thread. Attitude is contagious! As one poster said, it doesn't matter what issues exist, they are still our Tigers. Thoughts turn into actions...Players and recruits need to know fans are excited about the upcoming season and believe this team can and will be successful.

A positive remark about this team...
These young men handle adversity better than many Tiger fans.
