We still have to play WVU. Could be tough especially if Devine returns.

We'll be going into the season with someone who will be watching the clock for all of the games.

Like every new season, we all become optimists. By summer everyone will be pepped.

This season should be better than the previous two. No reason it shouldn't be.

only looking at our positives and everyone else's negatives.

bama loses 8 starters on D
MSU is MSU
OM loses basically all of their best players
AU basically has no QB
ARK will have the meth-head back but what else?

I like our chances honestly.

Tigers will fly under the radar. No one will see them coming. Jefferson will be solid. The offense will be more productive (hey, it can't get any worse!) Chavis will have another yr to coach up the defense, esp. the LBs. Les, Gary and Chief will realize that they're on a hot seat and will really focus on making the team better. Favorable schedule. I see a great season on the horizon. Loads of talent on the roster. Bama is losing most of their defense. FL is losing Tebow. On the other hand, Auburn will be improved.

1. We have red-shirted a lot of our 2009 stud recruits - they will be contributing this year.

2. JJ will have more experience next year and will be able to shine.

3. OL will be better

4. Secondary will decimate opposing teams' passing game.

5. LBs will get even better in 2nd year of Chavis

6. Gonzo will breathe new life into the offense

7. Frank will bring a fresh attitude to the RBs and the RB game.

8. Shepard , should be able to put a few more pounds of muscle, will be getting more touches and be more comfortable with the various positions and plays.

9. Murphy will be back with a vengeance aided ably by Ford and co.

10.With hope we don't have Junior defections to the NFL

I'd like you to explain your scenario, particularly how LSU is going to get by Saban and Nutt, 'cause those are high-probability losses.

bama loses 8 players on defense and will be particularly hurt losing Cody and McLain. Nutt lost basically everyone that scores points for him (there's a reason he signed 50 recruits his first year)
