Every school protects it's players or "criminals" if you don't like it don't watch any sports. Consider all of these young men investments for the program. They will always protect their investments. This will be handled however it needs to be handled. Miles is a good man and DESERVES the benefit of the doubt that the right thing will be done. Anyone calling for heads right now is outside their minds.

That works the other way as well. If Miles does decide to suspend someone there are going to be a lot of people bitching because they "only" broke curfew and got in a fight. Would you have the same response in that scenario?

Cases get settled out of court all the time. It's how the justice system works.

What strikes me as interesting is how there has been nothing but speculation as to what happened, yet many want suspensions and benchings to take place.
If it's for breaking curfew, fine. But don't claim felonies and head kicks when you haven't heard from both sides as to what took place.
That's BS from a bunch of hypocrites that don't have half the character of the guys they want to serve up.
No one should be wishing and hoping for others to fail to serve their own selfish interest.
The lack of character and morals starts with the idiots that's posting from their personal feelings as opposed to letting both sides have their say.
