I laughed while reading this, but it's kind of weird.

I agree that we actually do share some commonalities about baseball views

I’m very interested in talking baseball.

I only post my view about Paul in threads talking about PM vs the world and similar fallacies that some simply don’t like him or whatever

I’d love to see the guy win another national title and leave on his own terms whenever he wants

Not when Mainieri took over from Smoke Laval as head coach.

In Smoke's last season he only went 12-18 in the SEC and we didn't make the NCAA post-season.

The previous season, 2005, we were eliminated in our own regional by Rice, losing twice to the Owls.

In the 5 seasons Smoke was HC at LSU, we never won a single game in Omaha.

GTFOH with that "LSU was like Alabama in football when Mainieri took over." It's bullshite.

Majority of sports fans are pathetic. Some Chiefs fans talking about canning Reid if he doesn’t win the Super Bowl. Insane.

So, if Orgeron doesn't win another title in 4-5 seasons I can say he is like Les Miles?

Do you think by making up that somebody said this, that it makes you look like less of a idiot?

It’s called hyperbole but I understand how one with your very low IQ would fail to grasp the concept.

Well, someone with a low IQ, like myself, can grasp that you are a complete and total moron pretty easily.

I guess that's the best you can come up with...just making shite up that I never said.

But he's absolutely in the top 10 college baseball coaches in history.

For Pete's sake he's won almost 1,500 games as a college head coach, is #2 among active coaches for the most number of wins and he's taken two different programs to the College World Series. One of those programs was a snow-belt team, Notre Dame, and had not been to Omaha in several decades before Mainieri became their head coach. He's been inducted into the American Baseball Coaches Association Hall of Fame.

I'm pretty sure he knows more about baseball than you do. But I guess to make yourself feel better about your failure of a life you spend time on a message board criticizing someone who has been successful. I hope it helps you...

FIRSTLY, there are some DUMB posters on this board.

They spout off nonsense about CPM.

He WILL retire from LSU whenever he wants. He is a great coach and has been one of the most consistent coaches in the SEC.

Get over it, JACK
