Honestly for me it’s all of them. I want to see if LSU under year two of BK that there has been an improvement.

If players around the field from last year have gotten better, I realize it’s a totally different thing now with portal guys, and NIL, but I want to see if they’ve gotten better.

I'm looking forward to Jayden Daniels' Heisman acceptance speech.

Tough.
Defense: tie between Smith/Speights
Offense: BTJ. Want him to have a breakout year. Plus I love yelling BTJ! after every reception

Daniels. His ability to spread the ball to our playmakers, plus his scrambling, will decide LSU's season, assuming injuries don't hurt too badly.

Take the Alabama game last year as an example. Daniels was great, but he took it to another level on the two overtime plays. First, he runs the 25 yards for the equalizing TD, then he executes beautifully on the two point conversion.

I want to see more of that, plus him loosen up on the downfield throws on rhythm.

Agreed.

I think Anderson gives LSU what they probably should have had last year with Boutte. Thomas is an outside guy. Nabers is tough, physical, and reliable. But he doesn't quite have that burst and feel in the open field as a runner to take a 4 yard pass 75 yards. Anderson looks like he does.

Jones didn't get as many snaps at the other DEs last season. But he was really impactful in the ones he did get. I think he's going to be LSU's break out player on defense this season.

Losing Ojulari is being understated by media/fans.

I don't think it's understated. He was great, but we will replace him with someone very good. We probably won't be quite as good at that position, but we'll make up for it by being better elsewhere.

After 2018 we lost Devin White...then won the national championship.

What’s his status right now?
I don’t recall seeing much of him & it seemed like Jackson McGohan (#83) was running with the 2’s
