Best LSU can hope for from any remaining pitcher tomorrow is 3 innings IMO.

I am thinking Coleman throws 5 cooper throws 3 Guidry throws the 9th

Im thinking Coleman 3-4, Herring/Ack/Cooper/Money finish the rest depending on matchups

Pitching for our opponent will be so depleted that lsu will put up 10+ runs tomorrow. Thanks Johnson for not listening to low IQ fans and doing the right thing.

I agree in general with those saying Johnson should stick with a pitcher as long as he is going well, but only up to a point. Coleman has shown time and again that his velocity starts to drop after 35-40 pitches and his effectiveness drops off with it. He should be ready to take him out as soon as the velocity goes. Money has shown that he’s good for one time through the lineup, maybe 1.5 if he starts with the bottom of the order. So, yes, ride the hot hand, but know their limits.

There's no way Coleman is pitching 5 innings unless he is throwing low pitch innings.

Oregon St is going to have to pitch some guys tomorrow who have already pitched several innings already. Their staff is so thin!

I don’t know if I’ve ever seen a team as exposed as quickly as OSU. It’s almost like Jared Jones was an entire baseball team. That team cannot hit off-speed. It’s a stark difference between their first game to the last 2. Whoever LSU pitches has to be able to throw some type of off speed about 50% of the time for strikes. Whoever can do that should be effective.

I think it just depends on the score. If we are up big or down big I think it affects who he runs out there. If we are up comfortably I could see him extending Coleman or putting money out there to eat up some innings.

Money will get hammered. We need somebody who has a nasty curve or slider

How many pitches did Floyd throw yesterday? I'm assuming he's burned for the weekend

They will thorw that lefty Keljo (sp), who started after the rain delay. He had nasty stuff and 96mph from the left side. I hope his stamina is low.

And as stated above, leave Money on the bench. I like him but his flat fastball is a recipe for disaster. Look at how Hurd got shelled immediately and then dealt after he went primarily offspeed.

Moscona will spend all day today trying to figure out a way to say this isn’t true

I think he was at 75?

He’s done.
