You can take him off the list. He has been out for the year according to their coach in some interviews before the regional.

If Tiger pitchers can’t throw strikes, it will be a struggle. If they keep setting up opportunities with walks, LR will take advantage.

They could put a rock out there and we’re not hitting shite

We have the advantage for pitching, hopefully the bats show up

Doesn’t matter who pitches if they can’t locate. Amazing that a shitty team with a high ERA can throw strikes and we can’t.

Evan and Cowan usually throw strikes, I think we will be fine on the mound.

If we walk 11 more guys it won't matter who they throw.
I have never seen a worse bullpen for a major championship like team. Outside of our two studs, we have nothing but talented garbage. It is unacceptable. Either we need a new pitching coach or a new talent advisor.

you are thinking of them early in the year. Both have struggled mightily down the stretch.

I mean, you are acting like this was a one of. Have you not watched our bullpen all year? Have you not seen the struggles our Sunday guys have had down the stretch? Have you not seen our bats.
Yes, LSU should win the game, and dominate. But, outside of our two stud pitchers, we don't have a single pitcher we can count on to record outs. Evans has slacked off, and so has Cowan.
I understand that you are trying to be confident, but our Pen is unbelievably bad to have the talent we have, and our hitting approach.....oooofff

Thanks for that post!

Flip side is did they really hit the ball that well last night?
They got the big home run and then benefitted from walks with a few timely hits sprinkled in. If we don't walk 10 I think we win last night.
I am not saying they didn't play better last night they did but they didn't knock the cover off the ball either. We hit the ball better just couldn't get a timely hit all night.

It only takes one pitcher to 'Get HOT' and you lose.
That's baseball!!!

I’d say that Shores and Rizy are probably available also.

I feel like they went for guys that can throw instead of pitch. 100mph is nice to look at but you have to be able to control it. Give me the junk ball pitcher that locates.

A lot of these guys aren’t on the active roster. In fact, it might only be Evans, Cowan, Ware, and maybe Benge.

Doesn’t matter who we have left or who they have left if we can’t throw strikes and we can’t score runs.
Posted on 6/2/25 at 7:03 am to NWLATigerFan12
I'm sure they'll bring back Wells
Posted on 6/2/25 at 7:04 am to NWLATigerFan12
Shores ain’t available. We don’t need a guy that walks 10 guys a game to be available.

Primeaux and Schmidt should also for sure be available. In a must win game, I’d say that Shores and Rizy are probably available also.
God help us!!!!!!!!
