How pathetic is it that they have LOADS of offensive weapons on the team, but it may take the best DB/KR in the country to play offense just to be able to move the ball up the field to score some pts!!! If it resorts to this then undoubtedly Crowton needs to be fired!

The media said PP went for a bathroom break. He wasn't gone very long either time and did you see tape on his arm from the IV? I didn't but I could have missed it.

You're a bright one huh? When's the last time you seen a KR get hurt. Lot better chance of getting hurt running off tackle dumbass.

he's 6'1 220 lbs, he's built like a RB. how often do RBs get hurt going off tackle?

Charlie and Gordy said he took an IV on the post game show. Maybe they assumed IV.

Wouldn't we be better off using Peterson in the return game and on special teams and actually using the talent we have on offense? Without a doubt he would do great but it's not like we are hurting for playmakers!

Or maybe Miles realizes he is 6 points waiting to happen.......THIS IS ACTUALLY A PLAUSIBLE IDEA BY LES.

Possible. I don't mean the Heisman is the only reason just that I think Miles would do that.

This is ate up with the dumb arse.

Here's your best defensive player, a shut-down cornerback who effectively neutralizes the other team's best receiver, which is a HUGE asset to your defense. And now we want him to play offense, defense AND special teams? Or take him off special teams, where he's lightning in a bottle, and run him off tackle?

This is FAIL to the nth degree. Go ahead and get him hurt before your most difficult stretch of critical games. Yup. And our "fanbase" LIKES this. Scary.

Miles would like the heisman, but I promise he's not doing this for heisman notoriety. He knows he'll need to get more big plays on offense to increase scoring. PP could play RB in the wildcat and get the ball in his hands 2-3 times more per game it increases teh chances of instant 6 points.

this is a huge deal either way. PP7 not being back there to return a punt late in a 6 point game is a big deal.

If it really is cramps then no way should we be giving him snaps on offense, imo.

PP7's already having cramping/dehydration problems with what he's playing now.

Who said he wasn't returning kicks? Yall act like people haven't gone situational both ways before..........PP7 can do anything so let him.

I think this should be considered against any team that finally has enough sense not to punt the ball to him. If he is not getting a chance to run back punts then give him a chance on offense.

Look at all of the drops though. PP has very sure hands. Most of the recievers have had the dropsies when the ball actually got there. Not only that, you had better believe that he would have a shadow or two on him every step of the way just because of his PROVEN explosiveness. Could open up all kinds of other oportunities. IMHO

If Mike Vrabel can go both ways, so can Patrick FREAKING PETERSON.

First off, despite the infamous wives tales and media speculation cramps have nothing to do with hydration...........I've take 4 medical physiologies.........its straight up muscle fatigue. So either PP needs to learn how to control his adrenaline or he just has to get in better shape.

I am for it only to help his Heisman shot. Especially in games that he is not relied so heavily upon in Defense. It would be great to just let Shep run the wildcat with WARE!!! We have enough talent on the offensive side already.

We need PP on defense and special teams more than we need him on offense right now. Really the only play we could expect him to run is an end around or be a decoy. It's not like it's reasonable to expect JJ to hit him in stride anywhere.
Exactly my feelings, Hate to put too much on his shoulders and we do need him on defense. I look at this as a ploy by miles to take some of the attention off of jj.
