Kids Birthday at Basketball game
Posted by JJS on 1/8/22 at 5:50 am
We are taking my son to the basketball game today for his 10th birthday.
Was wondering is there anyone to contact about having his birthday announced on PA or on screen?
It’s been a couple of years since I attended a basketball game and can’t remember if they do that.
TIA for any help.

Not enough information. What city? What area of the city? Is the home updated? Comps in the area?
Your realtor won't get anything because they aren't listing it. I am a realtor so I'm not for cutting them out but it sounds like a good deal for you.
You could offer the people $10,000 less or any counter back. They will probably take it if they can make that much in 30-45 days.
If you just want to pay your realtor, which would be good if they have helped you, do this. Whatever your agreed upon final price is add 2-3% and let your agent write the contract.

Don't post often but here's my opinion.
It's not a good option if you can qualify for a loan with a regular lender. More than likely your interest rate will be much better with a regular loan.
If you are a year or two away from being able to qualify and you really like the house then go for it if they will let you buy it outright ASAP. Then maybe consider it.

Obviously Bama fans would love the no calls.

In Bossier. You can come pick it up. Post email or number and I'll contact you.

Colin is generally pro LSU and SEC. With all the issues I don't blame them for not putting LSU in the top 5. That will change!

Just curious what are some of the thoughts of the new head coach. I'm sure there has been talked about a lot, but haven't been on much lately. Just curious about a few names being tossed, even the obvious...Bo P, Mullen, etc...
Thoughts...

I'm an LSU fan and came to birmingham this weekend to visit my wife, she's her for work stuff. It does seem like to me that there is more local coverage than "normal"

I agree w a few others. Lee never had a shot. I think if Lee actually got the time that JJ got he would have done well. I think JJ was 10-19 throwing last night....not great numbers! I very glad we won and that we actually threw the ball down field. However, he still made several bad throws that he should have made. Regardless of who starts next hopefully we'll keep throwing the ball downfield like we did friday! 2011 is looking like a great season!
