Kelly had to tell Joe Sloan they didn't have any timeouts after he called a play before half.
That tells you everything about sloan.

Alex Atkins was OC at Florida St.

All I ask for is one game with Sloan play calling and MVB starting. I GURANTEE, its a different result.
My guy, in back to back games, we had complete meltdowns at the goal line. Sloan’a title is Offensive “Coordinator” not just play caller.
At vandy we burned a timeout because of Sloan’s personnel shuffles. Penalties. Settle for FG.
Last night, busted assignment on O-Line. Burned last timeout (which removes any thought of running plays on third down). To cap it off, we run a pass behind the line - again, on third and seven with no timeouts - with 20 seconds on the clock.
The QB is a problem but not THE problem.

Alex Atkins was also OL at FSU. Keep Sloan, put BK as OC, and put Atkins at OL.

He SUCKS as a play caller, despite his obvious offensive genius

The problem is what and when plays are called, but 90% of the problem is the lousy unimaginative, uncreative, stagnant playbook which includes the blocking assignments of the oline. Add this, the players not doing what the play calls for and you have a massive offensive failure, regardless of the talent level of the skill players.
IF we just have another play caller calling the same stale plays designed by BK, then we have accomplished very little. Watch other successful offensive teams on tape and draw up a new playbook of the most successful plays watched. It isn't any more difficult than that, and call the right plays for the right situation, and success will happen. It is not rocket science.

So we have to watch another year of us getting blown out and being a joke to other teams because Brian Kelly doesn’t know what he’s doing?

Cannot make chicken salad out of chicken shite.

Something has to happen today.
We can't go into Bama with the same cast of characters.

BK has a fix once Sloan is terminated
I highly doubt Brian has given full reigns to his coordinators without him having some input, and none of it has worked.
